Linking Generations


Linking Generations is a young and dynamic video and TV production company.

Linking Generations wants to inspire people, wants to be a bridge between young and old, and wants to link generations. We believe in “a different” kind of television, inspired by the generation of the so-called ‘babyboomers’.

By ‘another’ kind of television we first of all mean ‘intergenerational’ television, throwing a bridge between generations. We don’t emphasize the differences between age groups. On the contrary we are searching for the similarities between these differences. We want to inspire the young to look at youngtimers and vice versa.  
Linking Generations addresses an audience from 20ers and 30ers on, and targets a maximum coverage in the age group between 45 and 65 as well as older.

We don’t have the intention of making television for a certain niche market, but we want to invite different generations in society to explore and to mutually respect each other’s living context.  Linking Generations wants to bring elder generations into the picture not by focusing on how old they are, but rather by appealing to their wisdom and living experience.
